Shinjuku Central Park

Around Shinjuku West Exit is a business district where skyscrapers such as Tokyo Metropolitan government stand side by side. "Shinjuku Central Park" is here in the center of the busy business district, referred to as oasis.

The park is surrounded by Ome highway and Juunisha street, and its shape is like a fan. It was established in the site of Tokyo Yodobashi Purification Plant as Shinjuku's sub-center in 1960. It is a beautiful park with 80,000 trees, Shinjuku Niagara Falls, Shiraito Falls, ponds, fountains.

Inside the Park, there are small and medium stages and a playground for children, attracting many people.
