It is on Fujimidai made using soil which dug chinsumashiike in Western-style arbor of old Yodobashi water purification plant. It was built in Meiji 39 - about 1927 and was place of recreation and relaxation for water purification plant staff in those days as observation platform with a view of Mount Fuji.
