Store specializing in tempura founded in 1930 (Showa 5). With good car prawns or kiss, vegetables of the freshness, we fry sesame oil in oil which mixed cotton sead oil in the main constituent nicely. We select carefully in high quality eel

We use only Aichi eel from Mikawaishiki. When we do not deal immediately, we make use in well water and keep the freshness. It is feeling of storekeeper for the third generation we steam eel after receiving orders, and to bake in bincho charcoal.

Tempura which can thoroughly enjoy good material

At first it recommends a mouthful eyes to taste without adding anything to tempura. We can thoroughly enjoy taste of the fresh material which storekeeper stocked slowly and carefully. Frying oil uses cloza oil. It is feeling not to use egg for batter.

Refined unaju to want to eat again
